1. Initial Consultation
We provide initial consultations at no charge to you. Our consultants will discuss your concept, business goals and expectations. We want your business to be successful and this governing principle is apparent to our customers during the initial consultation!
2. Creation of a Quote
After review with our technical leads and designers, we present a quote based on a written project overview that has passed your approval process. |
3. Planning - Development of the Specification Document
Once you have made the wise decision to partner with ACS, our knowledgeable and creative consultants will work hand-in-hand with you to create a detailed specification document. No questions will go unanswered. We pride ourselves on the planning process in order to set positive expectations for your team and ours and to avoid pitfalls. This document will define:
• All aspects of your project in detail
• The look, feel and branding to incorporate
• An overall timeline including major milestones
4. Project Development
During the planning stage through completion of the project, our consultants are here to support your investment. You will receive on-going updates from your project lead regarding its status and access to a test version of work in progress where applicable. Upon project completion. follow-up support and on-going enhancements are a valuable option.
